Support the Grand Master Testimonial Extravaganza Weekend while showcasing your business, service, or organization to attendees, dignitaries, and community leaders.

Vendor participation is selective and subject to approval to ensure alignment with the dignity and purpose of this distinguished celebration.

Vendor Participation Overview

The Grand Master Testimonial Extravaganza Weekend welcomes a limited number of approved vendors whose products or services align with the dignity and purpose of this distinguished celebration. Vendor participation provides an opportunity to engage with attendees, dignitaries, and community members in a professional, well-organized setting.

Who We’re Looking For

Vendor opportunities are open to businesses and organizations that reflect professionalism, quality, and community values, including:

  • Professional service providers

  • Community-based organizations

  • Fraternal or Masonic-aligned vendors

  • Specialty retailers and artisans

  • Event-appropriate product or service providers

Vendors must align with the tone, decorum, and standards of a formal Masonic event.

Vendor Participation Includes

  • Each approved vendor will be provided one designated vendor area, including one (1) six-foot table

  • Exposure to weekend attendees and guests

  • Inclusion in vendor listings (as applicable)

  • Vendor setup will take place on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM

  • Vendors are responsible for providing any additional equipment, displays, or coverings unless otherwise approved

  • Vendors must comply with all event rules and venue requirements

Specific placement and timing will be determined by the committee.

Vendor Guidelines

  • All vendors are subject to committee approval

  • Vendors must maintain a professional, orderly, and presentable display

  • Table-based setup only (no open cooking unless expressly approved)

  • Vendors must comply with all event and venue rules

  • Inappropriate or unapproved items may not be displayed or sold

The Grand Master Testimonial Committee reserves the right to remove any vendor not in compliance with event standards.

Vendor Fees

  • One-Day Vendor Fee: $100.00

  • Two-Day Vendor Fee: $175.00

Vendor participation fees are due upon approval and no later than April 4, 2026.

Vendor participation fees are due upon approval and no later than April 4, 2026.

Liability & Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for all merchandise, equipment, and materials brought onsite. The Grand Master Testimonial Committee, King David Lodge No. 15, and the Grand Resort Hotel assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Vendor Registration

Vendor participation is limited and subject to approval. Interested vendors are invited to submit an application for committee review.
